This is now the only opportunity to play OM golf at Hankley Common, one of the UK's best hidden gems! Hankley Common has been undergoing substantial changes over the last few winters and it is well worth coming to see the excellent changes to the course. Hankley Common is staging the Brabazon Trophy, the English national amateur strokeplay golf championship in May this year, which demonstrates the quality of the course if you have not played it before.
Each team has eight players and the match is played individually in eight three balls. Each OM player plays an OH player and an HC player in a three ball, so therefore is playing two matches at once.
We meet at 12 noon for lunch (jacket and tie preferred but not obligatory) and first tee time is 1.30pm. Cost of lunch and green fee is approx £85 for non-members.
This was the ninth year this match has been held and the unusual format has been enjoyed by all.
